All returned items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that have been washed, ironed, altered, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for return or exchange. Additionally, intimate apparel, swimwear, and final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” on the product page) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are defective or incorrect.
If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: First, complete the return request through the designated section in your account on our website or use the return request form (if applicable). You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to package and ship the items back to us. For returns due to a defective product, incorrect item, or wrong size shipped by us, we will provide a prepaid shipping label, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us. For returns initiated due to a change of mind, style preference, or size mismatch chosen by the customer, the return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during transit. Please ensure that the returned package is properly sealed and labeled with the provided return address. Once we receive and inspect the returned items (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will verify if they meet the eligibility criteria.
For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the inspection is completed. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, and you will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued. For approved exchanges, we will process the exchange as soon as possible after verifying the returned items. We will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge (for domestic orders; international exchange shipping costs may apply). If the new item has a higher price than the returned one, you will be required to pay the difference before the exchange is shipped. If the new item has a lower price, we will issue a refund for the difference to your original payment method. Exchange requests are subject to product availability; if the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a full refund instead.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by submitting a return request along with clear photos of the item and the packaging. This will help us investigate the issue promptly and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a full refund, exchange, or replacement.
